Logs and website changes

Open Settings → Logs. It has two tabs: Your team and Website changes. Only administrators can open Settings. 🗂️

Your team

Pick an employee in the dropdown. Each time it worked in the last 7 days is a line: when, who started it, how long it took, and what it made. Under it is everything that run made, with where it is now: a draft waiting for you, live on your website, or sent back for changes. Anything still waiting has a Review button.

Logs: each SEO Auditor run with what it made

Click View details to open a run: a summary, every question it asked you with your answer, what it made, its report files, and its notes on anything it couldn’t finish.

Website changes

Every change your team made to your website, and who approved it. Each row shows the date, what changed, the page, the kind of change, who did it and its status.

Website changes: each change with its page, kind, who did it and status
  • What happened: All, Live on your website, Scheduled, Asked for changes, or Undone or said no.
  • Done by: anyone, the plugin, or you. Plugin, by itself means the plugin filled a field that was empty, like a missing description. You said yes means you approved it.
  • Search to find a change, and click a column heading to sort.
  • View: see the change before and after, and undo it if you don’t want it.
  • Download: saves the list as a spreadsheet, with the date, what changed, before, after, page, address, kind, who did it and status.

Changes by Claude and ChatGPT

Under the list, a second card shows the last 200 changes Claude or ChatGPT made on your website, like pages it wrote and settings it saved. Each row says when, what happened, what it was about, and who did it, with the app they used. Search to find one.

Tip: To undo a change, open it with View and click Undo. An SEO change goes back to its old value, as long as nobody changed that field since.
